Standard shipping is USPS First Class, 3-5 days to most locations.
Expedited shipping is USPS Priority, 2-3 days to most locations.
International shipping is USPS First Class, 4-21 days to most locations.
Expedited International shipping is USPS Priority, 3-7 days to most locations.

Every order ships direct from our location in Los Angeles, California and will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
KrownsbyMahogany stands behind our products and wants you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. If you would like to return your product, you may do so within 7 days of purchase using the following options. Please review the information below.
USA RETURNS
Simply select the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.

RETURNING DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact us to have a free return label sent to you. You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
REFUND FOR YOUR RETURN
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect.
